What does leadership mean in today's agile world? To what extent do we still need leadership in projects? Isn't leadership and self-organization a contradiction? Or...? How can project managers make decisions nowadays? How do we succeed in making a difference in projects? What experience do we already have?
These and other questions were answered by seven speakers at today's spring conference. In addition to exciting lectures, the more than 200 participants were able to deepen the individual topics in workshops. Our catering team always took care of the physical well-being in excellent quality.
