Mario Biondi's unmistakable deep voice is warm and sensual, yet clear and confident. Born as Mario Ranno, he developed his passion for music at a young age alongside his father, singer Stefano Biondi, to whom he later dedicated his stage name. A broad range of experiences has shaped Mario into the great artist he is today.

A lover of soul music, he began supporting internationally renowned artists in 1988, including legends such as Ray Charles. In 2006, Mario released his debut album, Handful of Soul, recorded with the High Five Quintet. In less than three months, the album was certified platinum.

Over the years, 12 more albums followed, along with numerous awards. In April 2024, Mario Biondi released the single E tu come stai?, a cover of the timeless song by Claudio Baglioni, as a prelude to the EP L’Oro, which was released in June 2024. On the EP, Biondi covers four of the greatest Italian classics of all time.

In 2025, Mario Biondi will embark on another tour, performing on October 12 at X-TRA in Zurich.
