The Dark Alt-Pop Sensation is Coming to Switzerland and Germany in November 2025
Within just three years, Isabel LaRosa has become one of the most promising voices in modern alt-pop. With over 2 million global streams, more than 5 million short video views on TikTok and Instagram, and 300 million YouTube views, the Cuban-American singer-songwriter has already risen to stardom at only 20 years old. In 2024, Spotify named her one of “Pop Rising’s Artists to Watch in 2024.” With her five top tracks “i’m yours,” “older,” “Favorite,” “eyes don’t lie,” and “i’m yours sped up” Isabel LaRosa has generated over 1.5 million Spotify streams since 2022. While “i’m yours” broke into the UK singles chart, she made her debut in the German Top 100 in September 2023 with “older.” Her song “Favorite” became a chart hit in 2024 in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
In April 2025, her debut album Raven was released, marking the first time her sound blending modern alt-pop, dark pop, and elements of electropop was showcased across 15 tracks following two EPs. Isabel LaRosa had already made her live debut in Germany during her Heaven Doesn’t Wait Tour in spring 2024, and she will return in fall 2025 on her Psychopomp Tour, with shows planned in Zurich as well as in Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, and Munich promising a stunning, immersive live experience.
Isabel LaRosa was born in 2004 in Annapolis, Maryland, to a Cuban mother and an American father. Her father, a saxophonist, took her to jazz clubs as a child, and she began singing early on and making music with her brother Thomas LaRosa. In 2021, she took the leap to release her first single, “16 Candles,” which showcased her uniquely captivating voice, deep emotion, and raw alt-pop vibes a debut that revealed her immense potential and led to her signing with RCA that same year. Produced and co-written by her brother, she landed her breakthrough hit “i’m yours” in 2022, which has since been certified RIAA Platinum and went viral on TikTok, launching her to global fame.
Her debut EP You Fear the God That Loves You followed in 2022, earning her a spot as one of six artists in TikTok’s “Elevate Program” and a performance in the globally streamed “TikTok in the Mix” event, which had over 10 million viewers. After her sold-out God’s Watching Tour, she released the bilingual hit “Favorite,” blending reggaeton beats and Latin influences with dark pop atmospheres and her seductive vocals a song that sparked another wave of hype with over 80,000 TikTok creations. Ones To Watch called her a “superstar fit for the digital age,” and other media outlets echoed the praise.
