Without ever consciously aiming for it, All Time Low have carved out their own unique niche in pop culture. The multi-platinum quartet from the U.S. state of Maryland has conquered the charts, sold out arenas around the globe and penned a string of irresistible anthems along the way. Their catalog includes five consecutive Top 10 albums on the Billboard Top 200 (with So Wrong, It's Right even being named one of the "50 Greatest Pop Punk Albums" by Rolling Stone), along with multi-platinum, platinum and gold certifications. The band’s impact on today’s pop culture is also reflected in the fact that peers like 5 Seconds of Summer have covered their songs, artists like Cheat Codes and Pierce the Veil have seized the opportunity to collaborate with them and visionaries like Tim Burton and Diablo Cody have featured their music in films.
In 2020, the band reached new heights both commercially and critically with their album Wake Up, Sunshine. The single “Monsters” [feat. blackbear] became the biggest hit of their career, spending 18 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Airplay chart—longer than any song in the history of the U.S. Modern Rock format. The track went platinum in the U.S. and was crowned “Alternative Rock Song of the Year” at the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards. From Bonnaroo to Firefly, major festivals booked the band for their biggest stages and popular U.S. television shows such as The Late Late Show with James Corden, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Ellen and Good Morning America welcomed All Time Low as guests. With “SUCKERPUNCH,” the pop-punkers released another anthem. Lead singer Alex Gaskarth explains it’s about “getting knocked down so many times that you learn to wear your bruises like badges.”
